The organization was formed by Muhammad Askari in 1979, placing his services at the disposal of industrialists and progressive consultants after years of diversified field experience.

What began on challenging coastal industrial land evolved into full-spectrum construction—factories, utilities, institutions, and public infrastructure with practical engineering and fair, competitive pricing.
